A dental practice has signed a lease to relocate within Englewood Cliffs, according to real estate firm NAI James E. Hanson.
Dr. Kevin Moon will practice at 720 E. Palisade Ave., after two decades elsewhere in town, the firm said in a news release. NAI Hanson’s Darren Lizzack and Randy Horning represented the landlord, Bedrock Realty Holdings LLC, and secured the tenant for the 1,100-square-foot medical office space.
“Despite the tumultuous effects COVID-19 has had on the U.S. health care industry and the uncertainty it brought to health care tenants throughout 2020, the sector has rebounded very rapidly,” Lizzack said in a prepared statement. “There are, however, still vacancies to be found, and many practices find themselves in the market for improved office space.”
