Real estate firm Vantage Commercial brokered the $425,000 sale of a stand-alone retail building in Maple Shade, the Cherry Hill-based company said Friday.
The property, a 5,428-square-foot retail building located at 470 Route 38, was sold by Overbrook Associates and had been owned by the company for more than 40 years, Vantage said.
Vantage Executive Director Ken Richardson worked with Overbrook to find a buyer, and Vantage represented both parties in the transaction, the firm said.
“Ken Richardson and Vantage Commercial were professional during the long, difficult sale of our business property,” Overbrook Partner Jeffra Nandan said in a prepared statement. “Ken was especially patient and never gave up in locating the correct buyer.”
