Totowa-based Docutrend unveils new logo, website and mission

Office technology provider’s president: ‘We are driving change and shaping the future of the modern workforce’

Call it a new look for the new normal.

Totowa-based Docutrend, one of the leading office technology solution providers, announced earlier this month a rebrand of its visual identity and company mission during what is now the new normal.

The company also launched a new website focused on modern workforce solutions for businesses looking to leverage workflow technologies

“This rebrand represents a significant step in the company’s evolution: We are redefining who we are, by driving change and shaping the future of the modern workforce,” President Aaron Rubin said. “Our brand philosophy has always been built on trust, credibility and industry knowledge — that’s what has kept our business running for the past two decades. We pride ourselves on our relationships and our ability to help, support and become a true partner with our clients.”

About Docutrend

Docutrend, founded in 2002, is a leading modern office and workforce technology company in the Northeast, focused on delivering hardware, software and services that help businesses maximize their growth. It is based in Totowa.

Rubin said the rebrand reaffirms the company’s position as an industry leader in delivering products and services from “best of breed” technology companies to help businesses support their growth goals by driving efficiencies and employee productivity.

Rubin said Docutrend has evolved over the past two decades from a print and document management company into a full-stack business technology partner, culminating in a rebrand that pays homage to its history but reflects what it has become known for. The company has added voice and unified communications, managed information technology and other value-added solutions and services to enable Docutrend to better position itself as the only partner needed to manage an organization’s technology infrastructure, Rubin said.

The efforts appear to be working. Docutrend now has 65 employees and revenues approaching $20 million.

Rubin said Docutrend has become synonymous with innovation and success; and the rebrand stayed true to this concept by incorporating the styling customers have come to know, while adding a modern, fresh take matching how far the company has grown over that time.

“We’ve taken a clean, modern approach to the website’s design and user experience,” he said. “We purposefully set out to bring simplicity and clarity to our clients.  This redesign reflects that.”
