Liberty Corner-based Viking Pest Control will acquire Oakland-based B&D Pest Solutions, the companies announced recently.
Viking Pest Control has more than 40 years of experience, serving residential and business customers in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware and Maryland. President Paul Bergmann said the acquisition will help the company expand its brand.
