A home fashions distributor has purchased a 60,000-square-foot property in Somerset, according to GM Realty Advisors Inc.
Kashi Global LLC bought the building at 305 Churchill Ave., which had served as corporate headquarters for GMI Distribution, a third-party logistics firm.
GM Realty Adivsors served as broker for both the buyer and the seller, Meridian Associates LLC.
In the transaction, the buyer was represented by its managing partners, Eric and Jeff Kashi. The seller was represented by its managing partner, Keith Gordon.
Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
