A family-operated HVAC supply company has signed an industrial lease in East Rutherford, according to real estate firm CBRE.
Brookaire Co. signed for 50,358 square feet at 46 Whelan Road, a Class A industrial building in the Meadowlands. The second-generation company will be relocating and expanding its operations, CBRE said.
The team of Kevin Dudley and Nick Klacik represented the tenant in the deal with landlord Terreno Realty Corp.
“After a targeted market analysis, we determined that the space at 46 Whelan Road would allow Brookaire to expand a larger footprint in the Meadowlands that better serves the company’s long-term growth plans,” Klacik said in a prepared statement.
