PowerFleet Inc.’s fleet management solutions have been chosen by national moving company Atlas Van Lines Inc., which is updating its trailer tracking solutions, the Woodcliff Lake-based firm announced Tuesday.
The provider of Internet of Things and machine-to-machine solutions said in a news release that Atlas will use its LV-500 solution along with its cloud-based reporting tool to better analyze dormancy and trailer pools at its agents’ locations. The goal is to reallocate underutilized vans and cut time searching for available trailers.
