Lee & Associates Senior Vice President Josh Krantz closed an office sale and retail lease already in the first quarter of 2022, according to the firm’s New Jersey office in a Monday announcement.
Both properties are located in Bergen County.
For starters, Krantz represented both the buyer and seller in the sale of 11-18 Saddle River Road in Fair Lawn, a 2,650-square-foot, one-story office building. The buyer was Anshei Lubavitch Outreach Center. The seller was 11-18 Saddle River Realty.
Additionally, Krantz arranged a five-year, 1,246-square-foot State Farm Insurance retail lease at Valley Plaza shopping center. Located at 175 Broad and Fairview avenues in Fairview, Krantz represented both State Farm Insurance and the property owner, Vail Development LLC, in this transaction.
