Seasons 52 restaurant is opening in Paramus, bringing 100 jobs

Seasons 52 is opening its doors in Paramus at the Garden State Plaza on April 29 and bringing 100 new jobs to the area. Roles to be filled include servers, bartenders and hosts, among others.

The restaurant, known for its fresh grill and wine bar, as well as its menu that changes with each season, specializes in oak-fire grilling and brick-oven roasting, resulting in flavorful and naturally light dishes.

Menu items are handcrafted using 100% fresh, never frozen, whole produce and thoughtfully sourced meats and seafood. Signature items include an assortment of flatbreads as well as freshly prepared entrees. Eight Mini Indulgence desserts are presented in small portions served in a miniature glass.

Managing Partner Nikki Tiedgen, previously the managing partner at Seasons 52 in Edison, is looking forward to opening the new location in Paramus. Tiedgen celebrates nine years with Seasons 52 and brings 25 years of industry experience.

The Wine Bar pours from an award-winning list designed to complement the menu. Guests have the freedom to explore new styles with “Drink Them Before They’re Famous” — a collection of wines from up-and-coming producers. In addition, guests can enjoy seasonal rotating wine flights, currently highlighting pours by Huneeus Family Wines. The Wine Bar also serves cocktails made with fresh ingredients. A lively Happy Hour is offered Monday through Thursday from 3-6 p.m., features $6 glasses of wine, $7 cocktails and $12 wine and flatbread pairings.

Seasons 52 Paramus is located at 1 Garden State Plaza, Suite A14. The new restaurant is open daily for lunch and dinner from 11:30 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Sundays, 11:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 11:30 a.m. to 11 p.m. Friday and Saturday. Reservations are recommended but not required. Indoor dining and outdoor seating are available; in addition, Seasons 52 offers a Green Box at-home dining experience that serves four to six in a convenient takeout box.
