Lee & Associates New Jersey on Monday said it recently facilitated the signing of a long-term, 1,900-square-foot retail lease for martial arts center, S&A Martial Arts LLC, at 3130 Route 10 in Denville.
Josh Krantz, senior vice president at Lee & Associates New Jersey, represented the landlord, Longpoint Realty, in the retail transaction. Kelly Bayer with NAI DiLeo-Bram & Co. represented the tenant.
“As group fitness starts to reemerge and materialize, I am pleased that S&A Martial Arts chose to open at Denville Commons Shopping Center,” Krantz said. “The community that builds within S&A Martial Arts will continue to bring considerable traffic to a great shopping center. Most notably, Denville Commons was able to retain all their tenants during COVID, a great feat in a difficult market.”
Denville is situated in the heart of Morris County and surrounded by central transportation routes, including the Denville Station, which services the Montclair-Boonton and Morris & Essex commuter rail lines.
