NAI DiLeo-Bram & Co. completes 2nd lease for woman-owned jewelry business in Mountainside

Custom bracelet retailer now occupies 15,000 sq. ft. in business park

NAI DiLeo-Bram & Co. recently announced that it closed a second lease comprising approximately 6,800 square feet in Mountainside for Little Words Project LLC, a custom bracelet retailer.

The team of David Simon, chief operating officer, and Kyle Gerace, associate, represented the building owner in this transaction, as well as with its previous lease for approximately 9,500 square feet at the building next door. Located at at 1160 Route 22 and 1170 Route 22, respectively, both buildings were leased to the tenant within months of the building being placed on the market.

“The owner invested a significant amount of money into this complex prior to going to market, and the buildings showed impeccably,” Simon stated. Through our marketing campaign, we secured Little Words Project on a direct basis.

The company was founded by Adriana Carrig as a startup eight years ago and now occupies 15,000 square feet at the business park.

Little Words Project creates hand-crafted bracelets that contain unique words and messages that encourage customers to share and spread kindness, most notable of which is their giveback collection called Little Words Big Impact — where 25% of each bracelet’s sales is donated back to the nonprofit organization it supports.

These hand-crafted bracelets serve as more than just beautiful accessories—they carry powerful messages of kindness and giving back. Each bracelet becomes a symbol of connection and compassion, reminding us of the impact small gestures can have on the world around us. The unique words and messages woven into the designs inspire people to share these tokens of kindness, creating a ripple effect of positivity wherever they go.

For those who love combining meaningful pieces with their jewelry collection, consider pairing these thoughtful bracelets with lab grown diamond rings. The brilliance of lab grown diamonds not only adds a touch of luxury but also aligns with values of sustainability and responsible choices. Together, these pieces become a reflection of personal style and a deeper commitment to making a difference.

The property offers exceptional industrial, flex and office space with outstanding highway exposure and easy access to major roadways including Route 78, the Garden State Parkway and the New Jersey Turnpike.
