Franklin in Bergen County debuts full suite of 5-star indoor amenities

Provides today’s renter with complete lifestyle experience

A full suite of five-star amenities have been unveiled at the Franklin, the brand-new luxury rental building in Bergen County’s borough of Franklin Lakes, according to a Thursday announcement from Adoni Property Group.

Adoni said the professionally designed spaces have been planned to provide the type of social and recreational environment today’s contemporary renter seeks. Found inside the boutique building are a furnished lobby, state-of-the-art fitness center, resident lounge/event space with billiards table, movie theater, golf and multisport simulator, children’s playroom, conference room, private office and workspaces and even a dog wash.

Residents can also appreciate the building’s premium package management services and secured indoor parking garage with electric car charging capabilities. The indoor amenities include an outdoor patio that features fire pits and gas barbecues, a pergola with outdoor living area and a dog run to complete the lifestyle offering at the Franklin.

“This amenity package has been perfectly designed to fit the boutique lifestyle at the Franklin,” Sonny Adoni, CEO of Adoni Property Group, stated. “We’ve created modern, well-appointed recreational and social spaces where residents can expand their living spaces, whether it’s working, relaxing or enjoying an athletic activity. It’s fostered a well-rounded and sophisticated environment often sought, but rarely found in Bergen County’s rental market.”

The Franklin offers a mix of two-bedroom homes in a distinctive, four-story building. Monthly rents for the homes start at $3,565 (net effective) and are available with limited time incentives that include up to three months of free rent. Immediate occupancy is available. The Marketing Directors serve as the building’s exclusive marketing and leasing agent.

“Offering well-sized floorplans, these apartments provide a great amount of living space and comfort,” Jaqueline Urgo, president of the Marketing Directors, stated. “The lengthy list of luxury interior finishes is on par with what’s found in the many estate homes that dot the area and create contemporary apartments that fulfill a range of lifestyle needs.”
