Mt. Arlington tax advisory firm, Nisivoccia, announces 3 admitted as partner

Tax advisory firm Nisivoccia announced three firm members were admitted as partners to the Mount Arlington-based company.

As of January, Mike Smith, Ryan Hynson and Andrew Kucinski assumed their new roles.

Hynson began his career as an intern with Nisivoccia in 2011. His expertise includes providing accounting and audit services to for-profit and not-for-profit clients with a specialization in performing single and Housing & Urban Development audits. Hynson is a member of the Sussex County Chamber of Commerce Young Professionals Group, and was awarded its Rising Star Award for being recognized as an emerging leader whose achievements reflect exceptional growth in his profession, increased levels of leadership and responsibility, and high potential for future impact.

Kucinski joined Nisivoccia 14 years ago as a member of its Governmental Entity Group. He specializes in providing accounting, audit, budget and planning services to municipal and school district clients. Kucinski is also a certified forensic accountant and leads the firm’s forensic engagements. Kucinski is member of the Mount Olive Chamber of Commerce and helps coordinate the firm’s participation in its annual food and holiday drive. He is also a member of the firm’s Quality of Life Committee.

Smith began his career with Nisivoccia 13 years ago as an intern in the Audit Department. Through the years, Smith developed a specialization in providing accounting and audit services for both for-profit and not-for-profit clients. He is also well-versed in the specialized set of regulations that apply to Approved Private Schools for Students with Disabilities as well as audits of employee benefit plans. Smith is a member of the Jefferson Township Chamber of Commerce and the firm’s Quality of Life Committee.

“Ryan, Andrew, and Mike are hard-working, dedicated professionals who have excelled in their time here. They have worked tirelessly exceeding client expectations as well as helping others where needed. Clients who have worked with Ryan, Andrew and Mike always tell us what a pleasure it is to work with them,” Bud Jones, managing partner, stated.
