Brooklyn-based +MEDRITE will be opening its doors to its newest location in Fort Lee on Monday.
This will be +MEDRITE’s fifth location in the Garden State.
+MEDRITE’s Fort Lee Urgent Care Center is located at 458 West St. and will be open 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Friday and 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.
According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, cold and flu season is starting earlier this year and New Jersey has consistently ranked among some of the highest in the U.S. for respiratory illness on the weekly influenza reporting.
+MEDRITE is offering patients preventative measures to protect them against various strands of COVID-19 and the seasonal flu, including COVID-19 boosters, flu shots and other vaccinations. Getting a flu shot can reduce the risk of illness between 40% and 60% among the overall population.
