Bluewave Technology Group on Tuesday announced its latest acquisition, OnCall Telecom.
This move marks the Parsippany-based firm’s third acquisition of the year, further solidifying its strong presence along the East Coast.
Terms of the transaction were undisclosed.
Founded in 2009, OnCall Telecom, based in Virginia Beach, Virginia, emerged with a mission to assist medium-sized enterprises in making technology decisions that propel their business growth. Under the leadership of founder and President John Finguerra, OnCall positioned itself as a trusted adviser in the telecom realm, garnering the respect and loyalty of numerous medium-sized businesses.
Seth Penland, founder and CEO of Bluewave, expressed great appreciation for including OnCall in the Bluewave team, stating: “We eagerly anticipate the integration of OnCall into our organization.
