Offit Kurman, which opened Hackensack office in January, is already expanding

The law offices of Offit Kurman P.A. are expanding in a number of ways.

On Tuesday, the Maryland-based firm announced its Hackensack office has expanded to 8,234 square feet at Court Plaza North at 21 Main Street. The firm also has a location in East Hanover.

With offices in eight states and Washington, D.C., Offit Kurman is one of the fastest-growing full-service law firms in the country – one that specializes in all aspects of business law. Its expansion in Hackensack is symbolic of its growth. The firm opened its Court Plaza office on Jan. 1, in a 2,895-square-foot space effective January 1, 2023, and in just a few months, its growth necessitated the expansion of its office to meet the needs of its expanding book of business.

Alfred Sanzari Enterprises, a preeminent family-owned and operated commercial and residential real estate firm, executed the lease. It was represented by VP of leasing and marketing Stephen Jennings and leasing and marketing manager, Carolina Gutierrez. www.sanzari.com

Located directly across from the Bergen County Courthouse and Administrative Complex, Court Plaza’s 335,000 square feet of Class-A office space is recognized as the top home for professional services companies in Bergen County. In addition to its highly strategic location in the heart of Hackensack, the three-building complex boasts 100 percent covered parking and easy access to Interstate 80, Routes 4, 17 and 46, the New Jersey Turnpike and the Garden State Parkway.

The ease of access, coupled with on-site property management and ownership, a full-service cafeteria, a fully equipped fitness facility, a large common conference room, an on-site bank and dry cleaning services ensures that the tenant experience at Court Plaza is unparalleled in the local market. Court Plaza also offers immediate access to mass transportation options and is walkable to a variety of food establishments and retail offerings.

“Throughout its history, Court Plaza has garnered a reputation as a premier home base for professional service organizations as they benefit from the proximity to a growing list of prospective clients in the area,” Jennings said. “We’re thrilled to see Offit Kurman expand their footprint at Court Plaza and wish them continued success.”

Court Plaza currently has a number of office suites available for lease ranging in size from 462 to 11,684 square feet.
