National Integrity Title Agency welcomes South Jersey native Natalie Madanick

Marlton-based National Integrity Title Agency on Tuesday said it recently welcomed Natalie Madanick as its newest account executive.

After years of owning her own business, Madanick will put her entrepreneurial experience to work researching, planning and implementing new target initiatives. She also will be responsible for setting goals for business and revenue growth, then pursuing leads and developing strong client relationships to achieve them.

“Natalie is filled with energy, and it’s contagious,” NITA co-owner and CEO George Duffield Sr. said. “Recognizing that the key to growth is a good team and continuing to expand it with experienced, dedicated individuals who share our goals, Natalie is a great fit. Her experience in connecting with people is well-proven and her reputation in the area is beyond reproach. She will be an integral part of our future.”

Although a primary focus is the commercial marketplace, Madanick also will source residential clients, working hand-in-hand with NITA’s sales and operations teams to support the company’s overriding objectives and commitment to providing high-level, dedicated service.

Prior to joining NITA, Madanick held various positions, including most recently founding Natalie Madanick Health, her own company that provided one-on-one and group coaching support to help people implement lifestyle changes for improving mental and physical health. Her background in business development has led to years of connecting with people in positions with the Philadelphia Youth Network, Philadelphia Workforce Development Corp., EducationWorks and Aramark Corp.

“From the moment I met with George and (co-owner and President) Fran (Turchi), the connection was clear. NITA is a family and one filled with passionate individuals who share a goal of exceptional service. I cannot be more excited to take on this new role,” Madanick said.
