RWJBarnabas Health expands access to multispecialty care with opening of new ambulatory hub in Hoboken

RWJBarnabas Health recently hosted a ribbon-cutting event for its new 23,000-square-foot facility in Hoboken. This state-of-the-art multispecialty location offers a comprehensive range of primary and specialty health care services, including family medicine, physical therapy, imaging services, orthopedics, cardiology, vascular medicine, urology, obstetrics and gynecology, rheumatology, endocrinology, pulmonology and laboratory testing. These services are provided in collaboration with their partners, JAG Physical Therapy, New Jersey Imaging Network and LabCorp, making high-quality health care accessible to the local community.

“From the patient’s perspective, this new health care hub in Hoboken will bring health care closer to home. We are committed to the community’s well-being and aim to make health care more accessible through easily accessible locations and modern facilities,” Michael Prilutsky, executive vice president, RWJBarnabas Health, and president, Northeast Region, and interim president, RWJBarnabas Health Medical Group, said. “We are dedicated to healing, enhancing and investing in Hudson County, addressing the needs of our residents at the right time and for the right reasons.”

With more than 100 guests in attendance, local elected officials, including Hoboken Mayor Ravi Bhalla, joined the ribbon-cutting to celebrate this significant milestone in enhancing health care access in the Mile Square City.

“We are excited to bring a seamless and comprehensive health care experience to Hoboken. With primary care, specialty care and collaborative services all under one roof, our patients will receive personalized, high-quality care tailored to their unique needs,” Dr. Vanessa Trespalacios, medical director of primary care for the Northern Region at RWJBarnabas Health said.

RWJBarnabas Health Medical Group will begin seeing patients at RWJBarnabas Health at Hoboken beginning Nov. 27. New Jersey Imaging Network will begin providing services on Nov. 20. JAG Physical Therapy commenced treating patients Nov. 14. LabCorp will begin offering services later in the year.
