Hoboken’s Wonder Lofts: Final residence in townhome collection released for sale

The Townhome Collection at Wonder Lofts, a limited number of two-story, townhome-style residences in the historic conversion of Hoboken’s Wonder Bread factory building, has quickly made a mark on Hudson County’s luxury market.

With seven of the residences in the offering having been sold this year, the developers, Prism Capital Partners in partnership with Parkwood Development and Angelo Gordon, have just released the final residence in this collection for sale.

Priced at $2.779 million, the available three-bedroom residence is one of the largest in the collection, boasting a 2,431-square-foot floorplan with interior highlights that include two home offices/dens/bedrooms, four bathrooms, an 11-foot living room ceiling, primary bedroom suites on each floor and plenty of closet space. There’s also an attached 173-square-foot private outdoor terrace and deeded parking in an on-site garage. The home is available for immediate occupancy.

In all, Wonder Lofts is comprised of 83 newly constructed homes housed in both newly built sections and the meticulously restored and converted Wonder Bread factory, circa 1909.

“This home represents the final opportunity to receive the one-of-a-kind lifestyle presented in the Townhome Collection,” Robert Fourniadis, senior vice president, residential, of Prism Capital Partners, said. “We expect interest in this residence to be extremely high among sophisticated buyers looking for the space and privacy of a multilevel home along with the many benefits of a new-construction, full-service building.”

The available residence in the Townhome Collection features all the same extraordinary design elements found in every Wonder Lofts family-sized home.

In addition to the Townhome Collection, Wonder Lofts offers other recently released three- and four-bedroom homes, all with unique floor plans and priced from $1.899 million to $3.499 million.

All Wonder Lofts residents enjoy 14,400 square feet of shared indoor and outdoor amenities that create an elevated lifestyle at Wonder Lofts. The highest rooftop, with its 360-degree views of the Manhattan skyline, all of Hoboken and beyond, is a beautifully landscaped patio lounge featuring an infinity-edge swimming pool with lounge chairs, a circular outdoor bar underneath the restored water tower, gas barbecue grills and abundant dining and lounge seating areas with a fire pit.

Wonder Lofts is located in the heart of Hoboken and within easy reach of all that the dynamic, family-friendly hamlet on the Hudson River is known for. The “square-mile” city is known for its tree-lined streets dotted with historic brownstones, an eclectic offering of neighborhood shops, restaurants and nighttime haunts; numerous parks; a landscaped waterfront featuring Manhattan skyline views; and proximity to Manhattan enhanced by PATH and ferry service.
