WCRE appoints Eric Grad to spearhead NYC expansion; enhances partnership with CORFAC

Celebrating 12 years of being in business, Marlton-based Wolf Commercial Real Estate announced a strategic expansion into the New York market by appointing Eric Grad to spearhead the growth initiative.

Reflecting on this milestone expansion, Jason Wolf, managing principal of WCRE, stated: “We are beyond excited to expand into New York. WCRE’s dedication to community engagement, innovative marketing approaches and unparalleled expertise rooted in our core values of Integrity, Quality, Teamwork and Focus will be integral to our success in the New York market.”

Building on a successful track record delivering commercial real estate brokerage, advisory and property management expertise to the southern New Jersey and Philadelphia regions, WCRE is set to firmly establish its presence in the heart of New York.

The company will expand its affiliation with commercial real estate network CORFAC International in New York, including Manhattan and its surrounding boroughs, ensuring clients and the team have access to the same global network of members, tools and benefits as their New Jersey and Pennsylvania counterparts.

Hayim Mizrachi, president of CORFAC International’s board of directors, enthusiastically welcomes WCRE’s expansion into New York.

Grad, a native New Yorker, assumes the role of managing principal for the WCRE New York Office and will oversee the firm’s growth across the New York region. Grad brings over 18 years of extensive experience in commercial real estate, distinguishing himself as a seasoned professional, broker and capital markets veteran.

Prior to joining WCRE, Grad was a vice president at Colliers International, where he closely collaborated with owners on investment sales, refinances and lease referrals nationwide. Before his tenure at Colliers, he served as an investment broker at Marcus & Millichap. Grad began his career as an investment banking analyst at BNP Paribas, where he participated in several debt issuances, recapitalizations and equity placements.

Grad has served an impressive roster of clients, including American Airlines, American Furniture Rentals, Angelo Gordon, Blackstone Group, Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, Garrison Investment Group, KinderCare, KeyBank Corp., Kushner Real Estate, Montgomery County, Northwell Health, Seyon Capital, United Realty and more. His proven track record has solidified his reputation as a trusted adviser in the commercial real estate industry.
