NAI James E. Hanson welcomes Professional Physical Therapy to downtown Glen Rock

NAI James E. Hanson on Monday said it negotiated a 2,180-square-foot medical office lease at 201 Rock Road in Glen Rock.

NAI James E. Hanson’s Team Lizzack-Horning, comprised of Darren Lizzack and Randy Horning, represented the landlord, 201 Rock Road LLC, in the transaction with the tenant, Professional Physical Therapy.

Professional Physical Therapy is a leading specialized health care provider with over 200 locations throughout New Jersey, New York, Connecticut, Massachusetts and New Hampshire. Each practice provides its patients with customized pain management, recovery and rehabilitation services including physical therapy, hand and occupational therapy, spine and back therapy, athletic and sports injury prevention, and more.

Professional Physical Therapy plans to open its new Glen Rock location in June.

Located in the heart of downtown Glen Rock in western Bergen County, 201 Rock Road is a two-story, 30,000-square-foot mixed-use building with a variety of retail, office and medical spaces as well as convenient basement storage space. The property boasts a prime location on Rock Road within walking distance to both the Glen Rock Main Line and the Glen Rock Boro Hall New Jersey Transit stations. In addition, a municipal lot located directly behind the building offers abundant parking.

Team Lizzack-Horning has overseen leasing at 201 Rock Road since April 2019 and has negotiated over 7,237 square feet of leases at the property to date.

“201 Rock Road provides tenants with excellent exposure to downtown Glen Rock’s bustling retail corridor and surrounding communities throughout Bergen County,” Lizzack said. “We are proud to help our client once again welcome a new tenant, and we look forward to building on our years of work to ensure high occupancy at the property.”
