Livin Health Inc. has signed a lease to bring its specialty services to North Brunswick, according to a Monday announcement from Fennelly Associates. The practice singed a 1,125-square-foot lease at 1950 Route 27, where it will offer its customers a wide variety of therapeutic services, including deep tissue massage therapy, aromatherapy massage, cupping therapy, acupuncture and more.
Jerry Fennelly and Matthew Fennelly of Fennelly Associates represented the owner, 1950 NB Property LLC, in the transaction with the tenant.
Strategically located along Route 27 in North Brunswick, 1950 Route 27 is a 13,280-square-foot single-story building with a range of medical office and retail spaces. The property features prominent signage, ample on-site parking and convenient access to nearby retail outlets, including Costco, ALDI and Trader Joe’s. Unit 2, now occupied by Livin Health, features two exam rooms, two storage rooms, a waiting room, a private bathroom and a reception area.
