Law firm and fintech firm sign leases at Sanzari property in Hackensack

Alfred Sanzari Enterprises signed two new office leases in Hackensack at its Court Plaza South property, according to a Tuesday announcement.

Fazzio Law Offices leased 1,827 square feet and BHB Funding leased 1,030 square feet. Alfred Sanzari Enterprises was represented by NAI James E. Hanson’s Andrew Somple, Jonathan Kristofich and Jessica Curry in both transactions.

Located at 21 Main St., Court Plaza South is a three-building complex with 335,000 square feet of Class A professional office space. The property boasts a wide range of premium amenities, including a full-service cafeteria with indoor and outdoor seating; an on-site fitness center equipped with lockers and showers; a large common conference room; an on-site bank; 100% covered parking with direct access to office spaces and amenities.

The marks Fazzio Law Offices’ third location in the tri-state area, with offices in Hoboken, and New York. Led by Managing Attorney John P. Fazzio, Fazzio Law Offices has become a go-to law firm for small, medium and large businesses in need of personal attention and passionate advocacy. The firm specializes in corporate and employment law, commercial litigation, real estate and tax, trust and estates law.

“Court Plaza South’s proximity to area courthouses and its mix of amenities made it the perfect location to accommodate our growth and open our third office,” Fazzio said. “It was also reassuring to know that Alfred Sanzari Enterprises are long-term owners who will ensure our space is well maintained and a welcoming environment for our clients and staff.”

Headquartered in Boca Raton, Florida, BHB Funding will open its first New Jersey location at Court Plaza South to support the fintech company’s growing operations. BHB Funding specializes in revenue-based financing as alternative financing for small to medium-sized businesses. As a direct funder, BHB Funding has the flexibility and speed to provide financial products to cater to each of its clients’ needs.

“We were looking for a space that could support our current growth as well as future expansion,” Victor Castillo, co-founder of BHB Funding, said. “Court Plaza was the perfect fit for us, and it has the right blend of onsite conveniences plus great local food and retail options all within walking distance for our team to enjoy.”

Court Plaza is easily accessible via Interstate 80, Routes 4, 17 and 46, the New Jersey Turnpike and the Garden State Parkway, and offers immediate access to mass transportation options. In addition, a wide variety of food establishments and retail offerings including Starbucks, Playa Bowls, Choripan Rodizio and Pollos Mario are conveniently located within walking distance of the complex. The Hackensack University Medical Center is also located just one mile away from Court Plaza.
