1Huddle, N.J. Reentry Corp. announce partnership to empower returning citizens with AI-powered SkillWallet

Newark-based 1Huddle, a leader in workforce training and development, said Tuesday that it expanded its partnership with the New Jersey Reentry Corp. to further empower returning citizens with technology to enhance their employability. Building on an already-successful collaboration, this expansion leverages 1Huddle’s latest innovation, the artificial intelligence-powered SkillWallet, to provide NJRC clients with a powerful tool to stack all their training credentials into a single digital wallet-style résumé.

Returning from prison presents numerous challenges, not least of which is finding gainful employment. NJRC has been at the forefront of supporting returning citizens by providing comprehensive services that help them reintegrate into society. This partnership with 1Huddle marks a significant step forward in enhancing these services with advanced technology.

SkillWallet is a platform designed to consolidate an individual’s training credentials, certifications and skills into one easily accessible and verifiable digital résumé.

“We are excited to partner with the New Jersey Reentry Corp. to bring our AI-powered SkillWallet to their clients,” Sam Caucci, CEO of 1Huddle, said. “Our goal is to empower returning citizens with the tools they need to succeed in the workforce. By providing a digital platform that showcases their skills and training, we hope to make a meaningful impact on their journey towards stable employment and reintegration.”

Jim McGreevey, chairman of NJRC, added: “This partnership with 1Huddle and the introduction of the SkillWallet is a game-changer for our clients. It aligns perfectly with our mission to remove barriers to employment and provide returning citizens with the resources they need to rebuild their lives. The SkillWallet will not only enhance their employability but also their confidence in showcasing their capabilities to potential employers.”

The implementation of the SkillWallet will be integrated into NJRC’s existing programs and services, ensuring a seamless transition for clients.
