Cherry Hill-based Vantage Commercial on Wednesday said that Moderne Gallery leased a 13,000-suare-foot warehouse space located at 4324 Tackawanna Street in Philadelphia.
Vince Ceroli, senior advisor at Vantage Commercial, represented Moderne Gallery throughout the leasing process, working closely with Joshua Aibel, co-director and design director of Moderne Gallery. Together, they identified a location that perfectly suited the gallery’s operational needs and growth objectives.
