Alfred Sanzari Enterprises signs long-term lease with beauty products manufacturer at Elmwood Park Plaza

Alfred Sanzari Enterprises has facilitated a new 13,160-square-foot office lease with Beauty Plus Trading Co. at Elmwood Park Plaza located at 475 Market Street in Elmwood Park.

MRH Real Estate Services’ Glenn Dulmage, Max Troast and Conor Ryan represented Alfred Sanzari Enterprises and Fred Fisher of F. Fisher & Company represented the tenant in the transaction.

Founded in 1991, Beauty Plus manufactures natural and synthetic hair products including hairpieces, extensions, wigs, haircare products and more under the Janet Collection and EshaTM lines. The company partners with retailers across North and South America, Europe, Asia, Africa and Australia to offer its products to consumers worldwide.

“When we found Elmwood Park Plaza, we knew it would be the perfect new home for our team,” Young Hwang, executive vice president of Beauty Plus, said. “Alfred Sanzari Enterprises’ hands-on approach to property management and long-term ownership strategy will provide us the support we need to continue to grow and excel in such a competitive market.”

Elmwood Park Plaza is a four-story, 68,000-square-foot Class-A professional office building located in Elmwood Park. The property is situated in a prime location near Interstate 80, Route 46 and the Garden State Parkway and is easily accessible via public transportation including the Hackensack-Patterson-Willowbrook bus line and the Plauderville NJ Transit station.

Additionally, Elmwood Park Plaza boasts ample onsite covered and surface parking along with walkability to retail and dining options including Dunkin’, CVS Pharmacy, Vito’s Pizza, Walgreens and Manhattan Bagel.
