Sarno da Costa D’Aniello Maceri LLC adds Eatontown office; names partner

Sarno da Costa D’Aniello Maceri LLC announced that it is changing its name to Sarno da Costa D’Aniello Maceri Webb LLC as a result of the addition of a new office and a newly named partner – Albertina “Abby” Webb.

The new office in Eatontown is the firm’s fifth in the state.

“The opening of our Eatontown office represents a major milestone in our continued growth, as we expand from a single-office practice to a multi-office firm,” said Angelo Sarno, founder and managing partner of Sarno da Costa. “This expansion allows us to better serve clients across New Jersey and further strengthen our commitment to providing exceptional legal services statewide.”

Located within the Cranberry Commons Office Building at 446 Route 35, Building C, Suite 101, Eatontown, the office will be led by Webb, who is being joined by John Patti, a partner at the firm.

“We are excited to welcome Abby as a named partner. Her expertise, leadership, and dedication will be invaluable as we continue to grow and serve our clients with excellence,” Sarno said. “We recognize that our clients often face difficult situations, such as family disputes, medical malpractice, or personal injuries. Our priority is to guide them through these challenges and help them put their legal matters behind them so they can focus on the future.”

Webb concentrates her practice on family law issues, including divorce, custody, child support, post-judgment, and domestic violence cases from inception through resolution, either by mediation, arbitration, or trial. She also handles enforcement or modification of marital agreements, alimony, and child support awards, post-judgment enforcement and modification of agreements and pre-nuptial agreements, as well as engaging in litigation practice to set them aside or for enforcement. She is licensed in New Jersey and New York and is practicing over 26 years.

Patti is a Partner in the firm’s Family Law practice group. He is certified by the Supreme Court of the State of New Jersey as a Matrimonial Law Attorney since 2018. He also possesses exceptional academic credentials, strong community ties, and is passionately committed to the pursuit of excellence in the practice of family law. He has been practicing law for more than 30 years.
