A.Y. Strauss, a leading law firm specializing in commercial real estate, construction contracting, and corporate bankruptcy, has announced the launch of its Immigration Practice, further expanding its full-service legal capabilities. To lead this new division, the firm has appointed Nandini Nair, a highly regarded immigration attorney, as Partner.

With more than two decades of experience, Nair has built a distinguished career in immigration law, having previously served as Global General Counsel at L&T Technology Services Limited and as a partner at prominent law firms. Her expertise covers employment-based immigration, work visas, green cards, compliance, and corporate immigration strategy.
