The Girl Scouts of Northern New Jersey (GSNNJ), based in Riverdale, have received a $10,000 donation from the KearnyBank Foundation to help expand access to Girl Scout programs across the region.
Kearny Bank Senior Vice President and GSNNJ board member Veronica Ross emphasized the company’s commitment to supporting organizations that empower young women.
“We’re proud to support the Girl Scouts in their mission to build courage, confidence, and character through mentorship and leadership,” said Ross, who also serves on GSNNJ’s finance committee.
The funding will help broaden GSNNJ’s reach, ensuring more girls have access to the leadership development and mentorship opportunities the organization provides.
