Bruno Bock extends lease at Glenpointe campus in Teaneck

– Alfred Sanzari Enterprises

Alfred Sanzari Enterprises announced a lease renewal with international specialty chemical company Bruno Bock at the Glenpointe corporate campus in Teaneck.

The deal covers 1,836-square feet and continues a 15-year relationship between the two firms. Bruno Bock, headquartered in Marschacht, Germany, has maintained its U.S. operations at Glenpointe since 2009.

“Over the past 15 years, we’ve emerged as the global leader in sulfur chemistry,” said Jelle Westra, CEO of Bruno Bock. “Glenpointe has played a pivotal role in fostering innovation and collaboration among our team. We look forward to continuing our success and growth from this outstanding campus.”

The landlord, Alfred Sanzari Enterprises, was represented in-house by Christopher DeLorenzo, vice president and director of leasing and marketing, and Carolina Gutierrez, manager of leasing and marketing.

“The Glenpointe campus was designed to provide an environment where businesses of all types can flourish,” Gutierrez said. “Today, it continues to fulfill that vision, offering companies like Bruno Bock the foundation to grow and seize opportunities.”

Glenpointe spans more than 670,000-square feet across four interconnected buildings, with an additional dual-branded hotel on the property. Owned and managed by Alfred Sanzari Enterprises for more than 40 years, the campus features on-site dining, fitness and wellness services, three hotels, a community lounge, and a range of hospitality-style amenities aimed at enhancing tenant experience.

Bruno Bock is a leading global supplier of organosulfur chemicals used in personal care, home care, industrial applications and emerging technologies.
