Livana East Hanover debuts luxury rentals, concierge living

Livana East Hanover, a new 265-unit luxury rental community developed by Kushner, has officially opened and welcomed its first residents, introducing a hospitality-focused approach to apartment living in Morris County.

Located at 72 Eagle Rock Ave., the development is the latest addition to Kushner’s growing Livana brand and features one-, two- and three-bedroom homes with high-end finishes and a comprehensive amenity package designed to promote wellness, productivity and community engagement.

Monthly rents begin at $2,499, with limited-time incentives of up to three months’ free rent for new residents.

“Livana is redefining the residential experience, delivering a lifestyle that is as aspirational as it is approachable,” said Nicole Kushner Meyer, president of Kushner. “From the meticulous design of each residence to the curated lifestyle programming and service, Livana East Hanover exemplifies the next evolution in sophisticated living envisioned by the brand.”

Residences feature open layouts, large windows, Caesarstone countertops, stainless steel appliances, walk-in closets, LVT flooring, and private outdoor spaces in select units. Each home includes in-unit washer/dryers and spa-inspired bathrooms.

Amenities include a resort-style saltwater pool, outdoor movie screen, grilling stations, fire pits, co-working lounge, fitness center, private conference room, children’s play area, dog run and walking and biking paths. A full-time lifestyle manager plans resident events, wellness programs and seasonal activities.

Smart-home technology, digital key access and concierge services are integrated throughout the property. Interiors and common spaces include furnishings from RH.

The property’s location offers proximity to Morristown’s downtown district, retail centers such as Hanover Commons and Florham Village, and quick access to New York City via major highways and transit routes.
