Courtney Dolaway, Flaster Greenberg shareholder and member of the firm’s trusts & estates, taxation, and business & corporate departments, was recently named a member of Samaritan’s Planned Giving Committee.
As a member of Samaritan’s Planned Giving Committee, Dolaway will lend her time and expertise to helping spread awareness about the importance of estate planning and to advancing the organization’s charitable mission.
“I’m honored to join Samaritan’s Planned Giving Committee and support their mission of providing compassionate healthcare and hospice services to our community,” said Dolaway. “As a trusts and estates attorney, I understand how thoughtful planning can create powerful legacies and provide peace of mind for families during often uncertain and overwhelming periods of time.”
Dolaway, who works out of offices in Cherry Hill and Philadelphia, focuses her practice on standard and complex estate planning, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and health care directives, along with estate administration, business succession, and general corporate matters. She is particularly skilled at navigating larger estates as well as estate matters that have potential litigation.
She also assists and advises family members and other key individuals in the creation and management of nonprofit organizations to help them further their charitable missions.
