Sills Cummis & Gross welcomes 5 attorneys to its Newark office

Commercial law firm Sills Cummis & Gross welcomed five new attorneys to the firm’s Newark office as associates. They are: Victoria C. Agosta, Michael A. Baselice, Evan M. Kleiman, Alexandra R. Rinaldi and Paul Salvatoriello.

The attorneys have joined the Real Estate Department; Employment and Labor Practice; Trusts and Estates Practice; and the Litigation Department.

Agosta concentrates her practice on land use, zoning and redevelopment matters. In addition, she has experience in commercial real estate transactions, including property acquisitions and sales, leasing, joint ventures and development financing.

Education: J.D., New York Law School; B.A., Monmouth University.

Bar Admissions: New Jersey, New York.

Baselice represents management in litigation before federal and state courts, focusing on claims involving discrimination, retaliation, accommodation and hostile work environment. Additionally, he assists employers with in-house investigations.

Education: J.D., Seton Hall University School of Law; B.A., University of Delaware.

Bar Admissions: New Jersey, New York, District of Columbia.

Kleiman focuses his practice on estate planning, including wills, living wills, powers of attorney and insurance policies and other financial products.

Education: J.D., Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law at Yeshiva University; B.A., Syracuse University.

Bar Admissions: New Jersey, New York.

Rinaldi concentrates her practice on land use, zoning and redevelopment matters, representing developers and landowners before planning boards, municipal bodies and administrative agencies.

Education: J.D., cum laude, Pace University School of Law; M.A., Columbia University; B.A., University of Massachusetts Amherst.

Bar Admissions: New Jersey, New York.

Salvatoriello is an experienced trial attorney with over two decades of litigation experience, spanning both the private and public sectors. His practice is focused on complex commercial litigation matters and appeals. His courtroom experience includes appearances in both federal and state courts, including conducting jury trials and arguing appeals on complex and novel issues of law before the New Jersey Appellate Division, the New Jersey Supreme Court and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.

Education: J.D., magna cum laude, Order of the Coif, Georgetown University Law Center; B.A., cum laude, University of Notre Dame.

Bar Admissions: New Jersey, New York.

Four additional members have joined the firm’s New York office. They are: Richard Y. Im, Michael C. Levy, Holly Pekowsky and Zachary (Zac) Candelaria.
