Behind the microphone: Jennifer Thibodaux’s leadership and vision

As moderator and emcee of the ROI-NJ event “The Capacity to Care: Putting Yourself First Without Guilt,” taking place on Nov. 3, Jennifer Thibodaux will have the opportunity to guide and enhance a panel presentation that is sure to provide great value for all attendees.

Why should you show up?

When we were planning this event, we recognized that women have a panoply of events to attend every fall and must consider which ones to attend and how they can schedule their day to not only show up but also leave with practical takeaways.

This consideration was top of mind in selecting our panelists. We know their stories and experience will resonate with everyone in attendance. They are women from various generations, cultures, and industries; women who are caregivers; women who are employees, managers, leaders, and employers; and women who have families, are empty nesters, or on their own. Their narratives will demonstrate the common struggles, challenges, and doubts we all face, and of course, celebrate our successes.

Join Jennifer to become part of a community of like-minded women.

Our focus will be on practical strategies and microtools that will enable you to focus on yourself, learn to let go of the guilt in doing so, and teach you that it’s not about perfection. We will confront the overwhelm and isolation.  You will also discover a range of actionable steps that you can implement to make time for yourself throughout the day. These little moments, which may be as simple as a five-minute walk around the block, can actually have a big impact on rejuvenating and invigorating you.

See you on November 3!

Jennifer reminds us of the importance of being together and that this event will create community and connection. She notes, “A great reason to attend this ROI-NJ discussion is for the practical advice and guidance that I, too, have needed to hear at every stage of my career and in every season of my life; these are the reminders I still need to hear today and the inspiration to put it to practice.”

Over the next few weeks, we will share dedicated highlights of each of the four panelists. These spotlight features will showcase their unique stories, insights, and experiences, offering valuable lessons and inspiration for all attendees. Stay tuned to learn more about these remarkable women who are leading change and fostering community — both on and off the stage.
