Bussel Realty Corp., an industrial/retail real estate services firm, announced Oct. 27 that it leased all of 5 Wheeling Road, a 42,000-square-foot industrial building in Dayton, to Core & Main LP.
Stephen Nozza, senior vice president of BRC, represented the landlord, Budd Development Co., in the transaction. Core & Main LP was represented by CBRE.
Occupying 5 acres, 5 Wheeling Road is near Exit 8A of the New Jersey Turnpike with access to routes 1 and 130. The property totals 42,000 square feet and has 21-foot ceilings, six tailboards, one drive-in, 1,200 amps of electric power, wet sprinklers and extra land for trailer parking or outside storage.
