The Campbell’s Company in Camden announced the appointment of Joshua Levine as chief investor relations officer, effective March 18. Levine will report to Chief Financial Officer Todd Cunfer.
He succeeds Rebecca Gardy, who announced her retirement from the company after six years of leadership in investor relations.
Levine will lead the company’s investor relations function, overseeing engagement with the investment community and supporting transparent, consistent communication with shareholders.
Levine brings extensive investor relations and financial experience and perspective. Most recently, he served as vice president, investor relations and treasury at Simply Good Foods, leading the company’s investor relations and capital market functions.
Before that, he was vice president of investor relations at Sovos Brands until it was acquired by Campbell’s in 2024.
“Josh is a highly respected investor relations leader with deep experience across finance, capital markets and the food industry,” said Cunfer. “He has a strong track record of building trust and credibility with the investment community and partnering closely with business leaders.
“I am confident Josh will be a great fit for our team and will further strengthen our investor engagement.”
During her tenure at the company, Gardy strengthened Campbell’s engagement with the investment community and helped elevate the company’s investor communications and market visibility, which included playing a pivotal role in Campbell’s listing transfer to NASDAQ.
“Rebecca has been an exceptional representative of Campbell’s to the investment community and a valued partner to our leadership team,” said Cunfer. “We thank her for all her contributions and wish her the best in her future endeavors.”
Earlier in his career, Levine worked as a buy-side investment analyst covering the consumer industry at several hedge funds, and, before that, covered the food industry on the equity research team at J.P. Morgan.
He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Brandeis University and an MBA from Cornell University’s Johnson Graduate School of Management.
