The Styling Pooch Pet Services & Supplies has taken 1,199 square feet of retail space at Strykers Crossing Shopping Center located at 201 Stryker Road in Lopatcong, Larken Associates announced Tuesday.
Elite Realtors of New Jersey represented the tenant in the transaction with Larken Associates, who was represented by Rob Marek, executive vice president of Raider Realty, the in-house brokerage division of Larken Associates.
Strykers Crossing Shopping Center is an elegantly styled, two-building neighborhood shopping center offering 30,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space with an extensive array of community-oriented tenants.
The property is located adjacent to the 198-unit Autumn Ridge luxury residential community; Warren Heights, a 414-unit residential community; and Strykers Plaza, a two-building, 12,904-square-foot medical and day care complex.
In addition, the property boasts proximity to major transportation outlets such as Routes 22 and 57 as well as Interstate 78.
