Franklin, luxury rental community in Franklin Lakes, launches leasing (SLIDESHOW)

44 high end homes and abundance of amenities available in Bergen County's newest residences

The Franklin, a new luxury rental building in Bergen County, has officially launched leasing in the tree-lined borough of Franklin Lakes.

Developed by Adoni Property Group, which tapped Manhattan-based the Marketing Directors as its exclusive marketing and leasing agent, the Franklin offers a mix of floorplans ranging from one-bedroom to two-bedroom duplexes in a distinctive, four-story building.

Monthly rents for the homes start at $3,225 and are available with immediate occupancy. The residences are offered with limited-time grand opening incentives that include up to two months of free rent.

“We are excited to introduce the Franklin to a location often described as one of the best places to live in New Jersey,” Sonny Adoni, CEO of Adoni Property Group, said. “This building is truly one-of-a-kind in northern Bergen County. It has been meticulously designed to provide both the intimacy and privacy of a boutique offering and a comprehensive suite of amenities that’s unusually large for a building of this size. The result is an exceptional lifestyle experience that should resonate with area residents scaling down from larger homes who want to remain in Franklin Lakes, and those looking to relocate to this desirable location.”

Floorplans at the Franklin are lined with designer features to create elegant living spaces. Homes offer 9-foot ceilings, luxury plank flooring, chef-inspired kitchens with a quartz waterfall island, full-height subway tiled backsplash, full-sized GE stainless steel appliances, five-burner gas range with griddle and an oven hood and two-tone soft close cabinetry. Bathrooms feature custom vanities, glass tub/shower doors, chrome Moen faucets, quartz countertops and mosaic tiled backsplash. Select homes also provide Juliet balconies or terraces.

“Offering well-sized floorplans with at least 1.5 baths in every home, these apartments provide a great amount of living space and comfort,” Jaqueline Urgo, president of the Marketing Directors, added. “The lengthy list of luxury interior finishes is on par with what’s found in the many estate homes that dot the area and create contemporary apartments that fulfill a range of lifestyle needs.”

Franklin Lakes is a suburban community with a countryside setting that’s still near many everyday conveniences, shopping and transportation. Situated just 25 miles outside Manhattan, the borough offers New Jersey Transit bus service to New York City’s Port Authority in under an hour. Minutes away is rail service into Manhattan at nearby NJ Transit stations. Interstate 287 also passes through the borough, providing quick access to the close by business and entertainment centers of Bergen and Morris counties and upstate New York.
