Voorhees Medical Center celebrates grand opening on ‘Medical Row’

The Voorhees Medical Center in Voorhees celebrated its grand opening last month, with both New Jersey Urology and the Center for Surgical Excellence joining in the festivities, according to an announcement from WCRE, a South Jersey commercial real estate and advisory firm and leasing agent for the medical center.

The Voorhees Medical Center is a Class A, newly constructed medical and professional office building with cutting-edge design and a modern exterior. It offers excellent visibility, proximity to major highways, and is on “Medical Row” in Voorhees.

Located at located at 134-136 Route 73, the property remained abandoned for many years and became an eyesore in the prominent Voorhees neighborhood.

The Tak Group took ownership and completely redeveloped the property, creating two medical and professional office buildings.

“We are excited to continue the development of the Voorhees Medical Center and to be a part of the Voorhees community,” Komal Desi, partner of the Tak Group, stated.

WCRE collaborated with the Tak Group on the grand opening, where owners and advisers from both NJU and the Center for Surgical Excellence showcased their newly state-of-the-art surgical center to Voorhees Mayor Michael Mignogna.

The mayor’s team; Mario DiNatale, Voorhees business director; and Stella Sytnik, business development at Voorhees, accompanied Mignogna in the grand opening and tour.

WCRE Executive Vice President John Mozzillo stated: “The Voorhees Medical Center was beautifully developed by the Tak Group. We are pleased to be the exclusive leasing agent and work alongside with Komal Desai and the Tak Group in the improvement of the Township of Voorhees.”
