Somerset-based Catalent and Avantor, a Pennsylvania-based provider of products and services to customers in the life sciences, advanced technologies and applied materials industries, on Monday said they have entered into a multiyear supply and services agreement.
Under the terms of the agreement, Avantor will be the primary supplier of a broad range of laboratory supplies, clinical and production materials, and services to Catalent, expanding the companies’ existing relationship.
