At 50% leased, Avion continues to set pace for luxury apartment living in Elizabeth

The Avion, a rental community in Elizabeth, continues to set the pace for luxury apartment living, with over 50% of its residences accounted for since its late-fall debut.

Located at located at 1023 Neck Lane, the JP Management-developed four-story rental is just off Route 9 and moments from the North Elizabeth Train Station and Newark Liberty International Airport. With a convenient location, upscale residences and curated amenity collection the community has appealed to renters making the move from cities in Union County and beyond.

“The overwhelmingly positive response to the Avion has surpassed our expectations,” Jacqueline Urgo, president of the Marketing Directors, the exclusive marketing and leasing agent for the Avion, said.

Studio, one- and two-bedroom residences start in the $1,900s, with limited incentives that include up to one month free. Immediate occupancy is available.

Designed by Poskanzer Skott Architects, the Avion features residences with luxury plank flooring, in-home washer and dryer, and complimentary window treatments.

Kitchens boast stainless steel appliances, gas range, Caesarstone quartz countertops and full-height tiled backsplashes. Baths are outfitted with Caesarstone quartz countertops and full-height tiled walls. Select homes offer private outdoor space.

The lifestyle at the Avion is made complete with an exciting collection of on-site amenities, including a lobby lounge, coworking space with phone booth, state-of-the-art fitness center and yoga studio, resident lounge with shuffleboard and pingpong, and an outdoor sun terrace with private barbecues and dining areas, lounge seating and firepits.

Conveniences include covered on-site parking and electric charging stations, and
residents can take advantage of the new Coakley Circle Park right outside their doors.
