Prager Metis CPAs combines with Gassman Financial Group

Expands financial and wealth management services

Prager Metis, a leading accounting and advisory firm with offices in North America (including a heavy presence in New Jersey), Europe, Asia and the Metaverse, said it has combined its services with the Gassman Financial Group, an independent financial planning firm based in the heart of New York City.

The combination was effective as of Feb. 1.

As part of the merger, Jonathan Gassman is joining Prager Metis as a principal, and his team will be working out of the newly expanded Boca Raton, Florida, office. The combination will pertain to the independent tax and accounting group.

“We are thrilled to welcome the Gassman Financial Group to Prager Metis,” Stuart Mayer, office managing partner of the firm’s New York City office, said. “Our firm is committed to delivering unparalleled service to clients and we are always looking for opportunities to expand our offerings. The addition of the Gassman Financial Group is a testament to this commitment and reinforces Prager Metis’ position as a leading provider of accounting and advisory services.”

The Gassman Financial Group was founded over 100 years ago and brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the table, offering a full range of tax, financial and wealth management services to clients nationwide. With its addition to Prager Metis, clients can now access a wider range of high-quality services to help them achieve their financial goals.

“We are excited to join a firm with such a strong sense of commitment towards excellence,” Gassman said. “Our goal has always been to provide our clients with the best possible financial solutions, and this partnership will allow us to do just that on an even larger scale. We are all truly excited to join the Prager Metis team.”

G&G Planning Concepts Inc. is an independent registered investment adviser that is part of the Gassman Financial Group and is separate from Prager Metis.
