An Edison-based real estate firm has announced three leases totaling 84,000 square feet.
EOS Energy Storage signed a 10-year lease for 3920 Park Ave. in Edison, Zimmel Associates said Wednesday.
The building is owned by United States Land Resources of Morristown.
“This building was once the corporate headquarters for Thales,” said Zimmel CEO David Zimmel. “The owner gave us the exclusive to market it and did not want to divide the space between multiple tenants.”
EOS was a great match, he said, pointing out it met all the business’s needs, including heavy power and ample parking.
Zimmel also announced a new lease at 60 Walnut Ave. in Clark, where law firm Fink Rosner Ershow-Levenberg LLC has leased 4,500 square feet on a long-term basis.
Another of the building’s tenants — Outerstuff Ltd., which markets children’s sports apparel — expanded from 10,000 square feet to 16,000 square feet under a 10-year lease.
Now, the building owned by TAK Realty and Investment is 100 percent leased, Zimmel said.
“It is an attractive building with ample parking, and is located just off of Exit 135 of the Garden State Parkway, close to restaurants, banks and shopping,” he said. “It offers easy access to Manhattan and major New Jersey highways.”
