First move-ins underway at Citizen Bound Brook

The first move-ins are underway at Citizen Bound Brook, the luxury rental community that introduces an upscale living experience to downtown Bound Brook, developer Accurate announced Monday.

Renters who reserved their residence during the preleasing period began moving in April 1, according to Accurate. For all new renters, immediate occupancy is now available.

It’s a milestone moment for Accurate’s popular “Citizen” brand of luxury apartments, and for downtown Bound Brook, a Somerset County borough that is already gaining momentum as a desirable destination for new residents and visitors.

Located at 507 E. Main St., Citizen Bound Brook puts new residents directly in the heart of a walkable Main Street corridor known for its small-town charm and location on New Jersey Transit’s Raritan Valley rail line.

Monthly rental rates for the community’s studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments start from $1,800 net effective, inclusive of special grand opening incentives of one month free on a 13-month lease or two-months free on a 26-month lease.

“We are proud to welcome our first residents to Citizen Bound Brook,” Jack Klugmann, CEO and president of Accurate, said. “Downtown Bound Brook is the perfect location for our newest ‘Citizen’ luxury rental community, with an attractive town center, shops, restaurants, small businesses and a train station all just a short walk away. Citizen Bound Brook adds high-style, amenity-rich living to the equation, for a desirable combination that is already proving popular with Somerset County renters.”

Designed by Jarmel Kizel Architects & Engineers, with interiors by Susan Strauss Design, Citizen Bound Brook offers a variety of floor plans with spacious interiors, soaring ceiling heights and upscale finishes and appointments in a boutique six-story building. Modern finishes and appointments such as luxury plank flooring, complimentary window treatments and an in-residence washer and dryer are found in every home. Gourmet kitchens boast sleek, full-sized stainless-steel appliances, quartz countertops, full-height subway tile backsplashes, espresso soft close cabinetry, four-burner gas ranges, custom soft-close vanities and chrome Moen faucets.

Lifestyle amenities include a club room, state-of-the-art fitness center and a landscaped outdoor terrace. The building also provides 5,000 square feet of street-level retail space that will both enhance the retail offerings of downtown Bound Brook and serve as an extended onsite amenity for residents.
