In-home personal care services provider CareFinders Total Care leased approximately 1,800 square feet of office space at 466-470 Bloomfield Ave. in Newark, according to a Thursday announcement from Lee & Associates New Jersey.
The commercial real estate firm’s Kyle Janoczkin and Tarang Ramani arranged the transaction.
Well-located along a main retail corridor, the property is a 9,000-square-foot, two-story mixed-use retail/office property.
“CareFinders is aggressively expanding in New Jersey and in other key Northeast markets and was specifically looking for a location on Bloomfield Avenue,” Janoczkin said. “With its exceptional visibility, this building proved an ideal fit for the brand’s continued growth.”
Set on about one-half acre, 466-470 Bloomfield Ave. is home to a Santander Bank branch with a drive-through. The property has 10 on-site parking spaces, with additional street parking nearby. Proximity to major highways — including the Garden State Parkway, routes 3 and 21, and Interstate 280.
Janoczkin and Ramani are actively marketing another available unit at the Essex County property as exclusive agents, along with additional opportunities in the regional marketplace.
