Larken inks lease expansion with national engineering firm in Chester

Larken Associates on Tuesday said it negotiated a lease expansion for 15,486 square feet of office space with Dynamic Engineering Consultants P.C. at the Williamson Building in Chester.

The expansion marks the third time Dynamic Engineering has expanded its space since becoming a tenant in 2006.

Rob Marek, executive vice president of Raider Realty, the in-house brokerage division of Larken Associates, represented Larken Associates in the transaction.

Located at 245 Main St., the Williamson Building is a highly visible, 38,782-square-foot former 1920s-era school building that was fully restored and modernized for contemporary office space by Larken Associates in 2017. Featuring space suited for medical, dental and professional office use, the building is centrally located just off Route 24, has ample on-site parking and has proximity to nearby restaurants, banking, shopping and entertainment options.

A tenant of the Williamson Building since 2006, Dynamic Engineering provides comprehensive professional engineering and consulting services throughout the U.S. Offering engineering experience with an extensive understanding of the permitting process for commercial, industrial and residential development, the firm is known for high-quality services that blend engineering, resource management and technical design expertise to bring projects from concept to construction.

“Our new lease expansion marks the third time we’ve expanded our space at the Williamson Building since we first moved our operations from my 150-square-foot living room to a real office back in 2006,” Joseph Jaworski, director and principal of Dynamic Engineering Consultants, said. “We’re excited that we can continue to operate out of the building as we expand our work across not only New Jersey, but the entire Northeast. We thank Larken Associates for their support over the years and look forward to the continuation of our relationship with their team.”

Marek added: “Building lasting relationships with the businesses who call our properties home is one of the most important aspects of our process. The relationship we’ve developed over the past 17 years with Dynamic Engineering Consultants P.C., is a terrific example of how our spaces can grow with our tenants, even as their needs change. We’re proud to continue to work with them and look forward to their ongoing success at the Williamson Building.”
