Bussel Realty Corp. on Wednesday said it represented a 40,000-square-foot lease expansion at 138 Georges Road in South Brunswick on behalf of REDCOM Design & Construction LLC.
Leo Esses, senior vice president, and Ilan Tabbouche, sales associate, of BRC represented the owner, 138 Georges Road LLC, in the transaction. REDCOM Design & Construction LLC was represented in-house.
138 Georges Road is a 102,108-square-foot industrial property located in close proximity to Routes 130 and 1 and Exit 8A of the New Jersey Turnpike. The property features 25-foot ceiling heights, eight tailboards and one drive-in loading door, wet sprinklers and 25 surface parking spaces.
