Woodmont celebrates leasing goal at West Windsor luxury apartment community

Woodmont Way, a 443-unit luxury apartment community in West Windsor, is fully leased, according to a Tuesday announcement from its developer, Woodmont Properties.

Recently awarded the prestigious Community of the Year designation by the Metro Builders and Contractors Association, Woodmont Way features one-, two- and three-bedroom residences with upscale design, the latest in-home finishes and private patios and balconies. The community’s impressive suite of amenities includes a state-of-the-art fitness and yoga studio, game room, golf simulator, theater room, heated swimming pool, pickleball courts, barbecues and bocce ball courts.

“With every project, Woodmont is committed to delivering a best-in-class product that meets not only residents’ desires, but also creates a lasting impact on the surrounding community,” Stephen Santola, Woodmont Properties’ executive vice president and general counsel, said. “Woodmont Way has received tremendous demand since leasing launched in early 2021, and we’re thrilled to celebrate today’s goal as it further demonstrates Woodmont’s innovative design resonates with New Jersey’s residents seeking a superior living experience. Woodmont Way is now home to an engaged population of residents and we’re certain it will remain a valuable asset to West Windsor for years to come.”

Located at 100 Woodstone Circle, Woodmont Way also offers access to a host of outdoor recreation options, including walking, hiking and bike trails. The community is only minutes from a variety of excellent shopping, entertainment and dining venues including Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, Quaker Bridge Mall, MarketFair Shopping Mall, P.F. Chang’s, Amazing Escape Room and Buffalo Wild Wings.

Ideally located in sought-after Princeton, the community is within minutes of the Princeton Junction Train Station offering service to New York City, Philadelphia and Washington, D.C. Woodmont Way also provides easy access to many regional thoroughfares such as Route 1, Route 206, Interstate 295 and the New Jersey Turnpike.
