Mr. Juice has signed a new lease at the Walgreens Shopping Center in Fairfield — bringing the center to 100% occupancy, according to Azarian Realty, which is the exclusive leasing agent for the center.
A smoothie and juice bar, Mr. Juice will occupy the final 1,500-square-foot space of the 40,000-square-foot shopping center, which is centrally located on Route 46 West.
With the addition of Mr. Juice, the dominant pharmacy-anchored property offers a
diverse array of conveniences, including sit-down and quick-service restaurants, offices and service retailers.
Kevin Pelio of Azarian Realty represented both the landlord and the tenant in the transaction.
