Accurate’s newest ‘Citizen’ brand rental community delivers amenity-rich living to downtown Little Falls

Little Falls Mayor James Damiano and other local officials joined principals from Accurate this week to celebrate the official opening of Citizen Little Falls, a brand-new residential community delivering 185 upscale apartments to downtown Little Falls.

Damiano helped cut a ceremonial ribbon marking the community’s successful debut at 405 Main St., a short distance from the Little Falls train station.

The community opened for preleasing in June, and the first residents have already moved in. A variety of one- and two-bedroom residences are available, complemented by modern lifestyle amenities and services.

“This is a big day in Little Falls,” Damiano said. “We have now replaced what was a sore spot in town with a very sweet building. Not only do we have a beautiful building here in Little Falls that replaced a blighted site, but we now have a tremendous long-term partnership with Accurate. I would like to thank all of you for your hard work in making this building come together. Working with the Accurate team has been a pleasure.”

Citizen Little Falls is the newest community to open as part of Accurate’s upscale “Citizen” brand of apartments. The development team identified the property as one with tremendous potential, noting its downtown location, access to mass transit and proximity to New York City and other major employment centers.

“Citizen Little Falls reflects our commitment to the township to create a residential community that meets the lifestyle needs of today’s renters, attracts new residents and has a positive impact on the economic growth and vitality of the neighborhood,” Jack Klugmann, CEO and president of Accurate, said. “We would like to thank Mayor Damiano, the township council, Passaic County officials and the many agencies involved whose professionalism and vision helped make this project a reality.”

Citizen Little Falls is thoughtfully designed to offer residents bright living spaces, inspired layouts, and modern features and appointments, with architecture by Lessard Design and interiors by HH Designers. Each residence includes soaring ceilings, gourmet kitchens, spa-inspired baths, and private laundry. Select homes include dens.
